PUZU Products Warranty 

According to the national “Three Guarantees” service regulations, the three-package service policy for PUZU products is as follows:

Product return policy:

(1) Within 7 days from the date of sale, the product has a performance failure, and the consumer can choose to return, exchange or repair.

(2) Within 15 days from the date of sale, the product has a performance failure, and the consumer can choose to exchange or repair.

First, the company provides after-sales service

From the date of purchase, in the normal use, if the product has quality problems, the whole machine will be free of charge within one year, and the main components (horn, crossover, IC) will be guaranteed for two years free of charge.

1. Consulting service: Users who encounter any problems during use can call the customer service number: 400-880-7417 or visit

2. Replacement service: If there is any quality problem caused by the factory due to the product during the replacement period, the user can go to the dealer for free replacement (appearance damage, warranty treatment).

3. Warranty service: If there is any quality problem during the warranty period, the user can go to the local after-sales service center to enjoy the warranty service; there is no after-sales service center in the local area, the user can entrust the dealer to carry out the warranty service.

4. Maintenance service: For products that are out of warranty or are excluded, if there is any quality problem, the user can go to the local after-sales service center or entrust the dealer to request repair service.

Second, the scope of warranty:

From the date of purchase by the user (subject to the invoice or valid sales certificate), failure occurs during the warranty period and is detected by the authorized service center or service station of the company, confirming that it is under normal use, due to the quality of the product itself. The resulting malfunction is subject to a free warranty.

Third, the exclusion of responsibility:

                   (1) No three-pack service card, no valid sales certificate and the production date is more than one year;

(2) The three-pack service card or sales voucher is smeared, altered, and the product content stated on the three-pack service card and sales voucher is inconsistent with the product;

(3) Man-made damage (such as the user disassemble the machine, use improper connection, connect to the power supply with improper voltage, not use according to the instructions);

                   (4) Damage caused by handling, dropping and other accidents, and damage caused by force majeure such as natural disasters;

                   (5) being repaired and modified by an authorized service unit or individual of the company;

                   (6) Quality problems are limited to performance failures, and do not include subjective objections to the user's personal sound quality, tone, etc.;

(7) Natural aging, wear and consumption of consumable materials such as the outer casing.
